Project: Starting a daily Physical activity
Just walking or Stretching makes a big difference
When you think in start a new physical Activity routine pops up some trending ideas of buying expensive bicycles, sign in a Gym learn to swim the four competitive strokes or even run a marathon. That's a a future conversation. Hold on.
For now, just take a deep breathe: wear on your sweatpants and sneakers, get ready for 5 minutes of physical activity.
5 minutes? Yeah. 5 are enough if you're not an athletic person with a strong daily habit. If you end full of energy means you'll likely to repeat. After one week of craving the habit, you'll see the benefit s ant the easy job that is. Your mind will accept and it'll ask for more. Just 5 minutes walking or stretching arms, legs and torso. Also one minute of sit down and deep breathing.
That is enough.
